Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking atSegara Seaside Resort. By booking a room or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Bookings & Reservations
- Reservations can be made directly through our website, via WhatsApp, or through third-party booking platforms.
- A booking is confirmed only after we have acknowledged it in writing (email or WhatsApp) and any required deposit has been received.
- All guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: from 2:00 PM (14:00) local time.
- Check-out time: by 11:00 AM local time.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to arrange.
3. Payment
- Room rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
- Payment methods and deposit requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Prices published on our website are indicative and may change without notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking is binding.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date: no charge (full refund of any deposit).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date: the first night's room rate may be charged.
- No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice): the full booking value may be charged.
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. Please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
5. House Rules & Conduct
- Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and the property at all times.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or enclosed public areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
- The resort is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left on the premises.
- Any damage to resort property caused by a guest will be charged to that guest.
6. Pet Policy
- We welcome well-behaved dogs and other pets at no extra charge, subject to prior notice at the time of booking.
- Pets must be supervised at all times and must not disturb other guests.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage caused by them.
7. Wellness Facilities
- The sauna, cold plunge, and infinity pool are available for in-house guests. Day-visitor access may be available — please enquire.
- Guests with medical conditions (especially heart conditions, pregnancy, or high/low blood pressure) should consult a doctor before using the sauna or cold plunge.
- Use of wellness facilities is at the guest's own risk.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather, transport disruptions, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or refund your booking where possible.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Klungkung Regency, Bali, Indonesia.
